Stayed at a nicely decorated room with fridge and air conditioning. The employees were amicable and excellent. The location in a busy area was nice and there were shops and a market nearby.

Everything looks nice. The units are nicely furnished, brand-new with private bathroom. The hotel offers a great selection of food that was good.

Loved the place, had an EXCELLENT stay for a July visit. The location was excellent and fantastic, close to a distinguished monument.

All in all everything was excellent, had a great stay for a July visit. Really enjoyed the rooms, they were reasonably large with bathroom. Particularly good location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed.

Sincerely, it was a very good stay for a July visit. Perfect location close to all the main museums in Florence was a plus.

The staff was very amiable and amicable, they were always available. The venue was set in the central position close enough to Florence, close to SMN station and a very famous local restaurant. Had nice dainties at Caffe dei Fossi, located within walking distance of the hotel.

We couldn't find lobby.

The location is central. It is not too far from Ristorante Buca Mario, where you can eat something. The room is perfect with bathroom. The decoration is lovely.
