Stayed at a nicely decorated room with fridge and air conditioning. The employees were amicable and excellent. The location in a busy area was nice and there were shops and a market nearby.

All in all everything was excellent, had a great stay for a July visit. Really enjoyed the rooms, they were reasonably large with bathroom. Particularly good location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed.

their rooms are always spacious and tidy with air conditioning, separate beds, for example. the location is brilliant, 10 km from the airport.

The staff was very amiable and amicable, they were always available. The venue was set in the central position close enough to Florence, close to SMN station and a very famous local restaurant. Had nice dainties at Caffe dei Fossi, located within walking distance of the hotel.

We couldn't find lobby.

The location is central. It is not too far from Ristorante Buca Mario, where you can eat something. The room is perfect with bathroom. The decoration is lovely.

Everything was simply nice. The total stay was very very good for a July visit. The location was perfect for walking around a distinguished monument. A market and a convenience shop were right next door. The room was brand-new & large with private bathroom. The staff were very friendly and knew the area.
