Nothing too much trouble, the venue met the purpose, would recomand it. Stayed here for 2 nights with my babies, had a lovely stay.

We spent 3 nights in king room with air conditioning and private bathroom plus soap.

The units were reasonably large and double superior with private bathroom.

Our whole experience was good, would recommend. The hotel was wonderful and the staff so caring, excellent location to all the tourist sites.

We booked it before and 100% recommend it to everyone. The hotel was what we truly enjoyed during trip. The location of the venue was very central, near restaurants, bars and coffee shops, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi gallery and Duomo, and two minutes away from the Ponte Vecchio.

Quiet hotel, I truly enjoyed its very central location right by So near to all attractions easy going, the historic center of Firenze, and Piazza Pitti, two minutes away from the Ponte Vecchio. All the staff was very very nice and I had a very good check in. The food was fab, had a great selection of options.

The room was huge and bright with shred bathroom. Having a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet was a bonus.

The bed in my room was pretty firm.

Great way to end our weekend. Fabulous base for 2 nights with knowledgeable staff at one Beautiful receptionist. Magnificent and absolutely perfect location and easy access to a gallery and a museum next to the hotel. For tea or coffee visit River Cafe Firenze nearby. Nice restaurant and great meal.

That was rare and wonderful hotel set in comfortable area, so close to a former royal palace : Pitti palace and the lively Piazza Santo Spirito. Very central location was a plus.

I stayed at this hotel for trip, it was a very comfortable stay. It was spotlessly clean, everyone was consistently courteous. Btw, the airport was 10 km away.

Its location within walking distance of a fortress palace was incredible and decent. Everyone was knowledgeable as well as hostess.

The setting was quite awesome and decent within easy reach of a spandrel segmental arch bridge. My single room was cheap, spotless.

It had very central location close to Palatine Gallery.

Fashionable standard queen room, very comfy beds. Magnificent view and a shower, a hair dryer and a bidet in the bathroom. Marvellous and peaceful location, a short walk to a palace and a museum etc. Found in a domestic area😃🙂👌

the location was peaceful for walking around a renaissance palace. i went to a good restaurant and loved the local dishes.

Incredible location, airy standard king room with aircon and bathroom plus the extra bed. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

They upgraded us to an air-conditioned and bright room with a great view. All the personnel was superfriendly and efficient...

Our double room included multi-channel TV, a writing table and ironing facilities.
