Wonderful and huge units with a balcony, an amazing view, amazing breakfast.

The location was fantastic in the center of old town, better than we ever had before.

The room was somewhat basic.

The triple room was spotless and fairly quiet with a great view, so that guests had essentials. Could use a microwave, an individual safe, and air conditioning. The setting was fantastic, short walk to Soggiorno Rubino, all the main attractions of Florence, and the historic centre. The people were excellent, will exceed the expectations.

When we checked in, double room with the balcony was ready. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges where nice. The position was magnificent and wonderful, bars and restaurants are minutes from the hotel. There was lots of cafes and restaurants nearby to try.

The hotel of choice in Florence. Wonderful base for travelling to Florence and exploring local places. Immaculately clean and fairly quiet units with a view and balcony and amicable staff. Amazing location, not too far away from a cathedral-flanked square. Walk from the train station, very handy.

Well-run accommodation with magnificent setting near all main sightseeing spots. Excellent and friendly staff interactions. Excellent stay, as always.

Overall it was well-equipped and new-fashioned with an amazing view. Top location and overall the staff was excellent and attentive.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 2 nights, nevertheless everything was perfect. In our double room there was an absolutely stunning view of courtyard.

There is an electric kettle, a refrigerator and climate control - that's always a plus. The hotel boasts very central location very close to the main railway station Santa Maria Novella. Also, it is really close to Florence, the Soggiorno Rubino, and Firenze.

Appreciated staying at the twin room. It had a modern style bathroom and a private safe, central heating and an iron with ironing board. The location of the hotel was unbeatable and magnificent, close to everything.

Everything was great, amicable staff, astonishing views of the cathedral. The location was unbeatable, for example, an indoor market hall was at a walking distance from the hotel. Moreover, it's just off Florence, tram and the famous churches...
