The room with inner courtyard views was generous sized and had a multi-channel television, a dining area, and a study table. The staff were very attentive and top-class, helpful services. This beautifully maintained hotel had very central setting in a lovely part of the city.

I had glorious 3-night stay here! The room was large and uniquely decorated on the highest level, and I slept very well. All the staff was superfriendly and excellent, solved my issues.

The location was perfect and magnificent in a quiet area, so close to sites, restaurants, markets and various others things, the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi gallery and places of interest. Florence Historic Centre district was worth exploring.

Had 4 nights in Florence, spent our time here lovely. The room was generous sized with a balcony, the living space, a roll top bath, had a good night's sleep. We appreciated the local cuisine in the restaurant.
