The venue is perfectly clean and spacious with well-trained and professional staff members. The breakfast is freshly cooked and free of charge with a wide range of dishes. As for me the location is absolutely fabulous and strategic, near a train station.

They gave us a deluxe double room with a huge bathroom.

We really enjoyed the convenience of the comfort double room available with a huge bathroom, plenty of towels and adelicious bottle of wine. The hotel's location was central, very close to the train station. Moreover, it was just next door to the comfortable “ library, and central historic Florence.

Well-run place all in all, has COMPETENT staff at the reception desk. It is located near the train station and is in a the best and top location. There is a modest restaurant within a close distance from hotel.

Quiet atmosphere, free and plentiful breakfast with different offerings. Fantastic location very close to everything, in the beautiful area. Plus, walking distance to The Grave of a Nazi Dog.

Incredible location short walk to the tourist spots, all main attractions and other monuments, early check-in. Again, not far from a grand townhouse.

Central location close to the Duomo and Uffizi Gallery, all the shops, bars and restaurants and all the main sights, it was in a pedestrian area. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful with Cappucino and very tasty pastry, we were pleasantly surprised.

We booked comfort double room that was complete with view on Dome, wonderful ammenities, the most amazing bathroom as advertised. The decor was beautiful and the atmosphere was quiet.

The property has an excellent location, close to historical sites, restaurants and shopping streets, The train station and the museums and restaurants/shops. Plus, the hotel is 3 km from Trafalgar Square.

We only slept at the deluxe king room with jacuzzi, but truly enjoyed it.

The hotel's location was great and lovely, interested in taking a tour to the wineries in the area with a shopping street and a central market within walking distance. Thoroughly enjoyed the deluxe twin room overlooking the street.

Exceptional, boutique property. Having an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and air conditioner in our well-appointed and air conditioned room. Couple of restaurants and nice restaurants nearby. Early check-in, late check-out. Free internet, parking nearby.

We were offered a fresh made and plentiful breakfast with fresh fruits and great coffee, as for instance. The location was perfect for Florence, so close to the Duomo, Central Market, and the train station, Florence, and the center of Florence near the pedestrian area, and shopping district.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

All in all everything was amazing, had a wonderful stay for a Florence visit. The staff were really helpful and best too. The restaurant was pleasant for dinner, we ordered freshly cooked dishes.

All in all, it's special place that has fantastically friendly and decent staff at the reception desk. The location is walking distance to a train station, magnificent. There is a nice restaurant for dinner. Every time we stay in Florence, like to stay here.

The units are nicely furnished, recently refurbished with storage space, a jacuzzi bath plus a king size bed.

Everything was high quality, so were absolutely breathtaking views of old town. The deluxe room was recently renovated and had a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and satellite TV. The location was absolutely fabulous and the best, close to a free-standing campanile.

I had an air conditioned comfort king room with a great view of old town. The location was unbeatable for walking around a l-shaped square. The authentic restaurant was excellent and offered incredible meals.

This was a comfortable stay for a most pleasant & Beautiful vacation. When we checked in, deluxe room with a jacuzzi tub was ready. The food in the authentic restaurant was perfect and delicious. We did not want to leave and would love to stay here again.

Design of the rooms looked modern, rooms themselves were huge. Very central location was a plus.

Well, it was a fine stay for two nights at the Hotel Spadai. We had a generous breakfast with complimentary appetizers, for all tastes.

Had deluxe queen room with wake-up service available in it. The hotel was in the central setting in the area.

The location of the hotel was magnificent - within walking distance of a l-shaped square. We got a room with a jacuzzi.

Make sure to get deluxe twin room with adelicious bottle of wine, comfy bed and storage space. The location is incredible, not too far from Piazza Santo Spirito.

We have booked deluxe room with all necessary amenities, jacuzzi plus a comfy bed for 6 nights. The overall atmosphere was quiet, nonetheless some staff members were not very friendly❤

The location was awesome, not too far from a medieval stone bridge. The breakfast had plenty of food and it was generous and enormous.

We've stayed here before and liked this place. Everything was high quality, personnel was caring and hospitable. The restaurant here was excellent for dinner, we both ordered appetising dishes. The espresso bar was fantastic.

It was incredible with a stylish bathroom. The venue was in a very central location near the historic centre, and wine bars.

Best possible and strategic location near main attractions and the train station. Liked cute area. Hypoallergenic pillows, comfortable bed. Sensational breakfast with complimentary appetizers, and competent staff.

I stayed here 2 nights and enjoyed it. An individual safe, air conditioning and a minibar where available in my deluxe triple room. The place was pleasant and cool, no complaints, would recomand.

Airy units with wooden floors and comfy bed plus a lucious bubble bath. All in all magnificent and awesome location, adjacent to the wineries in the area as well as the centre of Florence. Also, in short-actually everything was very good. Excellent customer care, parking nearby. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

It deserves its 4 stars. A 10-minute walk will take you to Panini Toscani, where you can eat.

Honestly no reason to complain.

The location was great, with giannino in san lorenzo nearby. Tourist destinations like giotto's bell tower were not far from this place. We loved our comfortable stay...
