The hotel was placed in the central location to the Prada outlet nearby. The staff was amazingly kind and accommodating, always there to help.

Tidy and brand-new rooms available with external bathroom, external toilet, a BIG BIG bed. Good location not far from the train station and a lot of restaurants and bars, and restaurants/cafes. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Staines Moor Country Park.

The twin/double room is perfect with a BIG BIG bed, external bathroom and the shower. The location is practical, and the staff is really helpful.

The location was central, perfect so close to the train terminal that when the trains come in the floors literally shake.

It was in a marvellous location close to tourist spots, the train station and the main tourist attraction and different restaurants or foods. We had the twin/double room which was amazingly clean and quiet with bathroom.

Some people working there were not very friendly.

Nice place to stay in Florence, if compared to other hotels. The property was great value and simple. The staff were attentive and superfriendly too. The room was a decent size and brand-new and with extra blanket, external toilet and the shower, had everything I needed. It was in a good and magnificent location, minutes away from the train station.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are modern. Staff is excellent and attentive and you can park your car nearby. The location is optimal and practical, 1 km from a distinguished monument. I would definitely recommend this place, did not want to leave.

Sincerely, it was an enjoyable stay for the first night of our booked stay this time. The staff was attentive, accommodating, nothing too much trouble. We were in the best possible location not too far from a medieval cathedral.
