The location was best possible and top, not very far from an Emigration gallery. It was set in a pedestrian area.

Perfect place, elegant rooms, exceptional staff. The breakfasts with the bakery. The rooms for our terry robes. Marvellous service, parking nearby. Location: great and fantastic, adjacent to Uffizi, the centre of Florence and the Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio. Situated only 1 km from The Cavern Club.

We truly enjoyed sleeping 1 night in this hotel. The place was overall clean and had a special atmosphere. The location was unbeatable and incredible, the staff was amazingly kind. Ate at Fattoush, it's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue. The room they gave us was brand-new and large with snacks and a comfortable bed.

The venue was in a very central location adjacent to Florence sightseeing, a local cafe for breakfast and the Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio. Beds and pillows in my suite were very comfy. I really enjoyed this hotel and would stay there again.

Had just perfect stay on a 10-day Italian vacation. All the personnel was especially helpful. This hotel had a central position in the centre of town.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were a bit rude.

Besides, the location was best possible and top for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of a fortress palace. We got a room with bidet. Genuinely helpful and amicable staff who were always there to help.

Great location for our visit to a l-shaped square not very far from the hotel. Perfect restaurant, for dinner. Totally such great stay on a 10-day Italian vacation.

Perfectly clean property, super-friendly and amiable staff. Unbeatable and incredible location, easy walk to everywhere. 10 km away from Peretola airport. Brand-new and large room, with a TV set and a storage space.

I liked the room, it was large and complete with all the comforts and snacks plus fluffy towels.

Sadly, there was no breakfast.

We stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel was stunningly beautiful and perfect, had comfortable location right in the heart of Florence. Large units with a wonderful view, snacks, very comfortable bed, and the staff were fantastic friendly.

Definitely, there was breakfast missing.

The room was brand-new and stylish with a personal safe, an air conditioning, and a mini-bar available.

The room was tastefully decorated, fashionable and complete with all the comforts as well as jaccuzzi. The breakfast was included, I truly enjoyed it. The staff was amiable when needed. The location of this hotel right by tourist attractions, everything, including the train station and the Piazza della Signoria was perfect.

The hotel of choice in Florence. Perfectly clean place in historic style with all necessary facilities. Supper friendly and amiable staff and altogether a nice experience. Very central location in the center of Florence. Also - short walk to a nearby cafe as well as everything, including the train station.

The rooms are nicely decorated and brand-new with breakfast included. The beds are comfortable.

Good base for exploring Florence. All in all, I spent my time perfectly.

Wonderful place if you stay for city break. Booked queen room with satellite TV, climate control and a couch bed. The accommodation is in the center of the town👌😀
