Fancy hotel located not far from the center of Florence, tourist area and the town centre. The rooms new-fashioned and fantastic with tea, a cool wardrobe and the bathroom. Ideal location, satisfactory breakfast with healthy food.

The units were well-appointed and squeaky clean with a terrace.

Wonderful location next to main attractions and an underground station. And just 15 min walking to city centre.

Incredibly kind staff and the place was fairly clean. The breakfast served was good hot and excellent, everything you could wish for, with hot dishes, pastries plus fruit. The venue was set in the central position near Ponte Vecchio and Centro Storico, the historical centre of Florence, and a large, nice, quiet park & the central train station. The room was well renovated and perfectly clean, with a private bathroom.

Had quite comfortable stay for 2 nights, the staff were consistently courteous, location was ideal right across the Opera House where I had to attend meetings.

greatly enjoyed florence, the hotel was extremely comfy and well appointed to the tram station for tram 1. the american breakfast was good hot and excellent with healthy food and over cooked bacon, for instance.

The location was magnificent and unbeatable, close to the center on foot or by 1 tram stop, the old city centre and a metro stop that is very helpful. It also was close to restaurants.

Facilities were good, nevertheless Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

The hotel was pleasant and peaceful in general, had cooperative staff at reception desk. The place had a family atmosphere. I was happy, the family room I booked came with bath and shower, the bathroom and slippers. It was spotless and everything was excellent.

Adjacent to porta al prato and piazza del duomo. It was definitely 4 stars for us❤
