Besides, the location was great for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of an Emigration gallery. The staff were welcoming, and the room was generally clean with essentially 2 single beds, good size bathrooms and bathtub. Thanks to a terrific service we had a really comfortable stay.

The room I booked was romantic and neat, complete with free WiFi, bathrooms, for example. The breakfast was inclusive and delicious for all taste and with excellent food, and the staff was extremely helpful.

That was what I call brilliant base for one night. Everything was perfect from staff, who were welcoming, to the fantastic location. A tram station was in front of place.

Outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly staff members, magnificent location next to the main sights, other highlighted museums and the center of the city. Again, not far from Western Approaches Museum.

The rooms were new-fashioned, neat and with a very comfortable bed. They offered me fresh bread and cereals in the morning. The location in a downtown area was great and easy and there were supermarkets and local markets nearby.

No complains at all, the hotel exceeded high expectations. Had really nice stay for a long weekend in Florence, the staff where supper friendly, location was marvellous to bus 22 bus stop to the Centre. Having breakfast with fresh bread and cereals was a nice bonus.

The location of the hotel was particularly good, to the Florence city center. And it was also so close to main railway station and historical center, airport, bus stop and supermarket and the main attractions. Slices of fresh bread and cereal were excellent and overall there was a great selection of food.

Staff were extremely helpful and very attentive, rooms were brand-new and equipped with baths, a great view, as example. I had a fine experience and would definitely go back.
