The suite I was given was complete with good size beds. The location was practical, at a walking distance from Florence Charterhouse;))

Nice and practical location as only 5 minutes to Certosa Museum. Large room, a shower and a bidet in the room. Free parking on site provided.

Location: the hotel was so close to the bus stop as well as the center of Florence. All the staff was hospitable, resolved my issues.

It was an excellent place. We were given comfortable room with good size beds. The location was convenient, close to bus station, in the nice enough area. Galluzzo - Certosa district was worth staying in.

We needed to have WiFi connection, but they didn't have it.
