The location was great and incredible, in front of a garden and a river. And I appreciated the proximity to a bakery and a supermarket in Florence. Cheap spacious room, a personal safe, air conditioning, and a sofa bed were appreciated.

It was in an excellent and good location very close to outside garden, the main city center and public transport. The employees were accommodating and amiable.

Too bad that we didn't have time, but we would definitely come back.

Everyone was amicable and accommodating as well as host. The location was magnificent and incredible: a bakery and supermarkets were within walking distance. Came to visit an art museum, based relatively near the hotel.

I had a really nice experience here, everything was very good, the location was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT short walk to the historic center, quiet neighbourhood and all the attractions.

Fine base for travelling to Florence and exploring local places. A good restaurant in the hotel itself.
