We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, perfect fit for our needs. The staff was kind all that time. The location was brilliant and exceptional; walk from a cathedral and a palace.

It had marvellous and stunning location metres from Sarah Siddons Statue.

We have stayed here for 3 nights and had a very comfortable experience. The staff were extremely friendly and the setting was absolutely perfect.

It was a cute hotel in a lovely area, not far from bars, restaurants, supermarket, restaurants and cafes, and the Duomo and the center of town. Very central location was a plus.

The rooms were recently refurbished and modern, had smoke detectors for safety. The hotel had a very central location in the center. Really enjoyed that it was set near to the bus station for the airport, lovely restaurants, cafes and bars and central Florence.

Would come here again when in Florence, it was a really comfortable stay. Overall, it's perfect place for exploring Florence attractions.

I would say it's cosy base for staying and exploring Florence. The employees are extremely friendly and excellent. It has particularly good location to see an art museum. The good restaurant is a nice plus.

Amicable staff, newly renovated and spacious room for a glass or water. Great and amazing position to the rail station even with luggage. So close to lovely restaurants as well as the Duomo and the station.

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating and knew their area. It was recently refurbished, big and with modern touch. The location for Florence was marvellous and stunning, close to the attractions and the train station, Santa Maria Novella square and restaurants and cafes.
