The location was great and incredible, not far from popular attractions such as the duomo and the centre. The staff was very attentive, rooms were spotless. We had a super comfy bedroom.

The hotel was in a very central setting in the heart of the city. Had brunch in the Il Vivandiere, located nearby. The room was spacious and luxurious, the bathroom was amazing.

My must haves' are an airy, new-fashioned room with the garden and high ceiling. The location of the hotel is great, just off Firenze landmarks, Florence's major sites and the duomo and galleria dell'accademia.

This was a prime location close enough to many great cafes, the city centre with many highlights at walking distance, and an internal garden. There was L'osteria Dell'ok Bar, located nearby, where we relaxed.

Incredible hotel, pleasant restaurant. Very well decorated and well-equipped room with comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Very impressed with iron and ironing board, tea/coffee making equipment, and TV available. Perfect location, a short walk to everywhere.

It was in a stunning and exceptional location with a cathedral-flanked square nearby.

I was there for 3 nights and will be back. The hotel was beautiful, the room was luxurious and I truly enjoyed supper friendly staff. It had a stunning location next to the different areas of Florence and what to see and an internal garden. I was surprised at nearby Mordilatte, they had some goodies, drinks.
