The total stay was quite comfortable on vacation. The room was impeccably clean and huge with the water goes everywhere, an Iron and a king bed and the breakfast was great.

There were stylish, huge rooms with nice sheets.

Awesome overall experience. Lovely breakfast selection with the fresh omelettes. Very kind and lovely staff, concierge service, wake up calls, and a complimentary breakfast free of charge.

The hotel's location was stunning and beautiful, just off near a bus stop and the main attractions of the city. And it's a 10-15 minute walking distance from Belfiore, ate there once or twice.

The breakfast was marvellous and lovely with a good choice of food! The staff were affable and superfriendly, no complains at all.

Amazing location in a great area right by all the shops, excellent restaurants and sites to see in the Florence area and the main attractions of the city and the station. Nearby I' Ripiglino - great place to chill out.

It was based in very beautiful building in a stunning location, to local excellent restaurants. Besides, it was near to the train station, the center and all areas, spa, reception and breakfast.

I took an executive king suite with Tub, the best bathrooms, for instance. Everything seemed wonderful, clean and the staff were lovely people on request by the chef. hotel was in a central setting to the centre along the river Arno.

It offers good services. They have a jacuzzi and a Turkish bath too. The hotel has marvellous and amazing location close to the train station.

Everything was excellent, we had excellent 1 day here. The room we got, superior king room, was immaculate. It was in a central setting opposite a tram station & near a bus stop.

Set walk from a train station, which helped to explore Florence. Thanks, I loved the stay and would stay here again...

The place had a QUIET atmosphere. Its unbeatable, central location was a plus. Didn't like when it was hot outside, went to Arnold's to relax and grab some food.

Outstanding service, though a few employees were soulless. The location was stunning, not too far from Via de' Tornabuoni. Btw, the airport was 0.5 km away.

Cozy base for 2 nights in Florence, SUPERIOR hotel. We had coffee and tea making equipment, and glassware at our disposal. We would definitely visit it again, the venue met all requests.
