It was in the central location in a splendid area. The excellent service and the attention to detail!

The location was magnificent and fantastic in a very nice area, really close to the train station, all tourist locations in mid of the city and the main shopping streets.

Amazing and fantastic location - steps away from a large Gothic palace.

It is a little property located in Florence Historic Centre district very close to the center of many pedestrian zones, Florence and the best shopping and great restaurants. They have a roof top bar.

Elegant and nicely decorated units with well appointed bathroom, antique wardrobe plus fresh bed linen.

Its location was excellent, in antique palace, and in a very very nice area. Marvellous service, even though a few employees were not very good.

What a such great stay, nothing to complain about. Absolutely fabulous and clean accommodation with great location just off the Academia, all the sites, close to the river, restaurants, bars and shopping and many sights, shopping and restaurants.

The hotel is fairly clean, has views of all the roof garden. Wonderful dishes can be found in the rooftop restaurant. Thank you you, guys!

The breakfast included croissants, cakes, fruit, eggs, and meats. The location was brilliant, right by a spandrel arch bridge.

Overall it was well-appointed and tastefully decorated with nice old interior.

There's no complaints whatsoever, I would like to stay here on the next trip. Fairly clean and fascinating place, has SPLENDID views of all the roof garden. It has very attentive staff at the reception desk.

Extremely comfy bed in triple room with a minibar, a sofa bed, and a stone fireplace. A bathtub in the bathroom. Stunning and magnificent location, near Arno River.

It was a charming little and luxurious hotel in a very very nice area, next to the Uffizi Gallery and the Academia, designer shops and local shops and many wonderful famous sights. The provided service was terrific. Besides, there was parking nearby. No complaints, the venue met expectation.

satisfied with the hotel, it's a fabulous base for staying in florence. a family room has everything you need. also, free wifi was provided. not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot.

One could dine at restaurants such as Montecristo 5 minutes away. Excellent location and great prices. Excellent home base for your vacations in Florence...
