The location was magnificent and incredible for me, in the heart of the city. The rooms turned out to be brand-new and great modern with a fantastic view as well as an extremely comfortable bed.

I found the hotel's location excellent and stunning, adjacent to the city center, and the main attractions as well as the Oltrarno.

I stayed here 3 nights and greatly enjoyed it. The staff were very-very nice and pleasant and assisted me greatly. It was in a particularly good and amazing location minutes from Broadley Street Gardens.

The double room with nice view had basic facilities you need. The staff were all wonderful and charming.

Public parking nearby provided. New-fashioned room with the most amazing view, the bedroom, as example, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. The breakfasts by a bakery.

Quite small bathroom.

The rooms were new-fashioned and contemporary, complete with a beautiful terrace as well as comfy bathroom, and with smoke detectors for safety measures too.

We greatly enjoyed staying 2 nights here. We had a perfect stay thanks to hotel's pretty friendly and polite staff. The location was very central, incredible in a quite area.

The setting was stunning, really close to all the most important monuments, all the major touristic sites and the Ponte Vecchio. Plus, you could explore a distinguished monument.

You guys made my stay perfect. The location was fantastic and amazing for traveling around Florence, near all the most important monuments of the City and all the shops. Found Coco Lezzone not too far from the hotel where I had supper. The staff were all amazingly nice, amicable.

The location turned out to be stunning, very close to the famous landmarks and the lovely Oltrarno neighborhood/Santo Spirito square and Arno River, Ponte Vecchio and shopping district. The employees were particularly helpful and amicable all the time. The rooms were great modern & fashionable, the decoration was absolutely perfect.

The hotel staff was very, very nice, not annoying. The location was good and incredible for walking around a medieval stone bridge. It took us 5 minutes on foot to get to the downtown.

Had an enjoyable stay for one night, everything was great. Everyone we encountered was welcoming. It had stunning and incredible location, not far from the centre of Florance, central Florence and the Santa Maria Novella train station.

Our stay here was AMAZING, handy base for exploring Florence. The staff was polite as we expected. The location was marvellous and stunning, for example, an open - air market was at a medium distance from the hotel.

I stayed at the standard queen room with city view. I had a big bed, coffee/tea making equipment, a refrigerator and glassware. The location was best possible, not too far away from an art museum...

The stay here was real good for one night. The room was big size & lovely modern with the bedroom, free coffee maker, for example. We booked it for £ 86. The staff were particularly helpful and outstandingly accommodating, gave us great tips. The location was magnificent, only 5 minutes walk to a medieval stone bridge. Loved our time here.

the time i spent there was wonderful. very nice and pleasant staff, gave a lot of information. had good sleep at the double room with comfy bed, a beautiful terrace, for instance. a coffeemaker and refrigerators worked well.

Everything was perfect, had a very very good stay for one night. The staff was superfriendly and amiable and great to deal with. The location was peaceful and top, within easy walking distance of a Renaissance palace.

The unit we got was immaculate with bottled water, nice view, for instance. The location was marvellous - ease of access to Full Up.
