Incredibly nice staff during our stay. Stunning, marvellous location in Florence Historic Centre district just off Florence sights, shopping, and restaurants, and the very centre of Florence.

I was upgraded to big deluxe quadruple room with for single beds. Iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a cable television available were an advantage.

It has fantastic position in a very nice area of Florence. The deluxe double room is new-fashioned, we also thoroughly enjoyed nice views. The employees are VERY HELPFUL and welcoming.

Great and incredible location and walk from the train station. Hospitable staff, concierge service, wake up service, and ironing free of charge.

We have to thank very friendly and extremely hospitable staff for a just perfect stay. The rooms are modern and soundproof, and are complete with single beds as well as Firenze style.

Overall it was clean and elegant, with a private bathroom. The location of the property was great and unbeatable, in a very touristy area.

Asked for deluxe quadruple room and it was big size with ac. The vibe here was quiet.

The staff was amazingly nice - I would stay here again. I greatly enjoyed its excellent location near to the centre of city, easy walking distance to tourist attractions and sights, Florence sights, shopping, and restaurants and the center of the luxury shopping district.

Excellent and amazing location by tram, good for visiting Florence. The very very helpful staff and their attitude. Lots of gorgeous options for meal.

The room is pretty small.

The triple room is spotless with laundry facilities, big window plus Firenze style. The staff is really good, and the host too.

The location itself was particularly good, right by a medieval stone bridge.

It had very central location close to Tuscany. It was soundproof, new-fashioned and in terms of equipment.

Its location a 10-15 minute walk from a cathedral-flanked square was wonderful and lovely. It was large, modern and in firenze style.

The location was perfect and excellent, close to a spandrel arch bridge.
