Overall a magnificent stay on vacation. Savoury and plentiful breakfast with good views. Incredibly helpful and attentive staff with a good portion of humor.

We only stayed here for 5 nights, as we didn't have time, even so everything was modern. The breakfast was savoury, exceptional with views of the Duomo and beverages, for instance.

The staff were pretty friendly and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful with good views.

The room was air conditioned and well stocked, had essentials, like shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet.

Romantic and clean place offers marvellous breakfast and excellent location in an old Florentine palace. The units are brand-new, great-sized. Thanks for an exceptional service, would recommend.

Unique and fairly clean accommodation with amazing location so close to famous sights like the Ponte Vecchio, a tower with views of the Duomo to the piazza Michel Angelo, and the historical center, close to the main galleries and designers stores. Good service, fairly friendly staff.

The staff were all knowledgeable and flexible. The standard queen room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was nicely furnished. Loved that we had climate control and WiFi. The service was excellent!

The location was best possible and historic, you can visit an octagonal baptistery by walking.

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. All in all, I spend my time wonderfully. I stayed in a standard king room with an individual safe, TV set and a mini-fridge-bar.

The hotel's setting just a walk down to everything we wanted to explore, like piazza della signoria. It's worth staying here and exploring Porta al Prato district.
