Tidy bathroom, reasonably large, air conditioned room. Very clean bed, very very helpful and excellent staff. Perfectly comfortable location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a fortress palace. Really good experience there❤

The location was magnificent and the staff were pleasant! It was extremely close to Florence downtown.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

I loved staying in this ideal good budget hotel. The staff was very helpful and responsive to requests. The location was central, unbeatable in the center of Florence. Moreover, it's next to all the major places, central train station and car hire offices, and Very close to Piazza Santa Maria Novella.
