Had excellent stay for 6 nights and the weather was wonderful. All the employees were outstandingly accommodating and consistently courteous. The location couldn't be more unbeatable close to everything. Spent our evenings in nearby Fiaschetteria Nuvoli enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

Relaxing, newly decorated rooms, exceptionally comfortable bed, affable staff. Plenty of facilities such as: an air conditioning, an individual safe, and iron/ironing board.

The room I was given was good sized with great aircon, air conditioning, as example.

The room was huge and tidy with a comfortable bed, and we slept very well. The location was stunning, a 10-15 minute walk from a prominent art museum. In general the service was friendly.

The location top and quiet very near the Train Station. And close to other great attractions and shops, food and attractions. Units with a comfortable bed. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

the staff were really helpful and flexible at all times. the room was large and very affordable with air conditioning, a comfortable bed, big bathroom, had a good night's sleep.

The staff members were all kind and great. Location - it was marvellous, a train station was walking distance to the hotel. A cool bonus was Hard Rock Cafe, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

Make sure you stay in the double room with a comfortable bed. Great to have a private safe, central heating, and an ironing set. The location is marvellous and stunning, 1 km from a distinguished monument. It is located walking distance to restaurants and bars.

The hotel's location was magnificent, in the heart of all the action with shopping streets and a central market within walking distance. Florence Historic Centre district was worth staying in.

The location was quiet and ideal for walking around a spandrel segmental arch bridge. I really enjoyed that it was set walk from a train station
