Small double room with free wifi, had basic facilities we needed.

The breakfast had plenty of options, including butter and jam. I asked for double room with free WiFi as well as a big comfortable bed, had a nice stay.

The quadruple room was tastefully decorated and top-notch with so super spacious, a big comfortable bed, a delicious breakfast. It had an electric kettle and refrigerators. The location was perfect, a super close walk to The Grave of a Nazi Dog.

Perfect hotel, we had a top-notch room with a particularly nice view. We got a room with a bidet.

Liked the hotel, it is quaint and fairly clean, has comfortable and the best location very close to the train station. The staff were best, and the services were exceptional. The triple room was top-notch and a nice size with breakfast included. The stay was absolutely good.

The staff were very helpful and pretty friendly the whole time of my stay.

I enjoyed the place, it was clean & the staff were nice. The terrace served a wide range of meals for breakfast. Marvellous and lovely location in the great area and it was a bonus to be walking distance to a train station. The property was minutes away from Florence downtown.

The continental breakfast included butter and jam, but we were in a hurry and didn't try all the menu. It was in the very central location in the center.

I got butter and jam for breakfast in the terrace. The hotel was situated in the very central location near points of attraction. Further, it was not far from the railway station, restaurants and the " Piazza di Santa Maria ".

stayed for 1 night, the hotel was ideal and fairly clean, it had marvellous and lovely location very close to the center. small double room had basic facilities we needed. location: the venue was near to an inferior restaurant as well as the santa maria novella. the place was a 4-6 minute walk from ristorante buca mario, where you can have dinner. there was free wi-fi throughout the property and the service in general was excellent. flexible check-in was a bonus.

The location was excellent - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast had a good choice of options and included butter and jam.

The location was perfect, short walk to the railway station, the sita bus station and the local orange buses, all the main sights and main attractions, in a safe area.

Although everything was very good, some of the staff were indifferent.

Butter and jam for breakfast are a plus. Make sure to get quadruple room with so super spacious, GOOD bathroom plus a comfortable bed. The hotel offers unbeatable location close to train station & taxi stand.

The bathrooms are very small.

Excellent service and excellent value

The setting was quite convenient and handy within easy reach of Medici Chapel.

We got room with simple decor and a reasonably spacious bathroom to relax. We loved butter and jam. Convenient and top location, a bus station was near our hotel. Everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful.

Its location was very central, a couple of blocks away from a spandrel segmental arch bridge. We really enjoyed butter and jam. The staff were very helpful and pretty friendly and offered guidance.

Some people working there were not very welcoming.

Its location at a moderate distance from a l-shaped square was magnificent. Greatly enjoyed butter and jam at breakfast. The staff was best, solved all problems we had.
