We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, even so everything was good. The personnel was exceptionally nice and the rooms were large. The location of the hotel was marvellous and amazing - just a pleasant stroll away from a prominent art museum.

The staff were excellent and recommended a restaurant, when I asked them to. This hotel was set in a very central area short walk to Florence for a night, shopping restaurants and all that Florence has to offer and all major city attractions. It also was very close to the centre😃

enjoyed this secured hotel, great and particularly good location and cool rooms. the personnel were exceptionally nice and amiable and made me feel welcome. location: the property was very close to the duomo. it was around 4-6 minutes away by foot from ristorante alla griglia, where you can have dinner.
