This was a very good stay for business trip. The double room we stayed in were modern with a view of the duomo. The breakfast offered was wonderful with croissants, rolls and European foods.

Make sure you stay in the superior double room with a balcony and great views over Piazza Di Santa Maria Novella plus 2 normal suitcases.

The breakfast was satisfactory with great cappuccinos; the staff was top-class. The location was comfortable, for example, The Cavern Club was at a short distance from the hotel. We didn't want to say goodbye and will certainly stay here again.

The location was incredible and near a train station. Also it was next to a basilica and a cathedral. The restaurant was good and the breakfast was wonderful with rolls and juices, for instance.

The location was good, to restaurants within Piazza Santa Maria Novella and the interior design was nice. Staff were gentle and amiable, and facilities were great here.

My superior double room had modern conveniences, including a mini bar fridge, air conditioner, and a work desk. The hotel had a very central setting in a great location walking distance to everything. Florence Historic Centre district was worth staying in. The food in the pizza restaurant was fresh and good.

We loved the very central location and how fairly clean the place was kept. The room was tastefully decorated, there were a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioner, and television. No complaints whatsoever, the venue met standards.

The room was beautifully decorated and with coffee and tea/coffee at your disposal, panoramic view to Tuscan hills.

It was in a good location with a spandrel segmental arch bridge nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed early check-in and friendly check-out.

Overall it was comfortable modern and newly renovated with the balcony overlooking the piazza.

The deluxe king room was recently refurbished, included central heating, a work desk, and a multi-channel TV. The views to Tuscan hills were unforgettable, loved it.

The place was fairly clean and we loved double room. Location: the hotel was close to magnificent church, the centre and great surrounding restaurants and tourist attractions. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Florence Historic Centre district.

Newly remodelled deluxe room was airy. The bathroom was luxury, with a bathtub. The service was terrific, including an early check-in.
