kind and amiable staff was available all the time. the location offered was marvellous right by the center, a quiet neighbourhood and multiple bus stations. it also was in a nice area.

The unit we got was exceptionally clean with a beautiful view and bath robes plus a shared bathroom. The staff helped us and were affable.

By and large, it was characterful base for sightseeing in Florence, had much fun. The location was great, not too far from Museo Agrario Tropicale. This hotel was set in a pretty nice area. We really enjoyed a GOOD restaurant on site.
