The room with comfortable decor was well-appointed and well-maintained.

Had a really great stay during your holiday in Florence, everything was good. The employees were kind and kept it all clean. The location was great and close to places we visited.

When we visit Florence, like staying here. The breakfast options are sensational and great with juices and yoghurt, as for instance. All in all they offer good service. The location of the hotel in Florence is excellant and fantastic, really close to heart of Florence, Very close to the train station, and old Florence.

Location - excellent, really close to very good restaurants as well as train station and to the Dome. Easy walk to Medici Chapel. Well-maintained unit with a comfortable decor. A wide range of supplies in the room: a balcony and a TV set.

It was well-appointed and tastefully decorated room with an ironing set, coffee/tea makers, and a work desk. The continental breakfast offered a huge variety of food, something for everyone's taste. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and reasonably good.

Lovely quiet and quaint hotel in a marvellous position in ten minutes from the cathedral. Location close to all the attractions and the train station and public transport stops. Besides, easy to get to a Renaissance palace. The staff - reasonably good and excellent. A lot of delightful food. Private parking onsite provided.

Modern good basic hotel with good value, we had a very nice stay. The morning breakfast was excellent with juices, fresh tea plus all manner of local produce. The location was unbeatable and magnificent for Florence, not far from the Central Train Station and all the sightseeing and restaurants. Found a place called Ristorante le Fonticine, set close to the property, ate there a few times.

Great-sized rooms complete with nice bathroom and safer shower plus comfortable sofas.

The check in was flexible, the staff was attentive. We had guest room, and it was a nice size and well-appointed with nice bathroom.

unique, fairly clean, big hotel, the location is unbeatable and magnificent very close to the main city attractions. the breakfast is superb and excellent served with juices and yoghurt and croissants. the service is terrific, includes convenient parking. they offer wake up calls and ironing at no cost too.

Hotel was quiet, staff was attentive. Greatly enjoyed that we had heating, a mini bar and a flat-screen TV in the economy double room. It's very close to the situation pub with nice drinks and cocktails. By the way, the parking fee is eur 20 per day.

Characterful base for 1 night. The king room suited us: it had a mini-fridge-bar, a safe and ironing facilities.

Hotel was situated only a short distance to centro storico. This property had everything we needed, we appreciated rooms and location.

Location was in an amazing spot for our trip. If you want to eat nearby, try Trattoria za Za, which is situated 600 m away. Such tourist sights as giotto's bell tower were really close to the hotel;))
