The double room was fairly quiet and tasteful, perfect for my needs. A bathtub was spacious and everything was exceptional. Close to a tram station, the location was magnificent and nice, close to the river.

Unique and fancy accommodation with convenient setting adjacent to Florence main train station, the Arno river, which provides a beautiful about 15 minute leisurely walk to the main sites in the old town, and trams and e-scooter parking station. Exceptional service, very friendly staff during stay.

The venue met requirements and I would definitely book here again. The staff is super-friendly, as well as owner. The accommodation is in the heart of the town. Just a few steps away from Teatro Comunale Florence.

We were there for 4 days, everything was good, greatly enjoyed its marvellous and convenient location close to Florence for the third time with mixed experiences in the past, multiple bus stops and all major tourist attractions, Firenze Santa Maria Train station and the bus terminus. Our room was tasteful and quiet and had an exceptionally good view of street.

The breakfast is delicious, with plentiful portions, perfect scrambled eggs and a homemade coffee. The location is great, it is close to a tram station.

Overall it was impeccably clean and glamorous with the view of a watch tower dating back centuries.

The location is marvellous and convenient, 2 km from a prominent art museum. A deluxe king room with terrace has basic facilities you need. The staff are charming and good as well as the host.

The setting of hotel was great, close to main tourist points. And it was also really close to the Porto Al Prato train station, and a tram stop which is perfect for arrivals and departures.
