All in all, it's bright place that has very welcoming staff from the general manager all the way down to the maids.

It is a lovely little and luxurious property located in Florence Historic Centre district close enough to a restaurant nearby and the central market. The location is amazing and particularly good, close to all main attractions.

The breakfast was excellent, sensational for the value. The double room we were provided was brand-new. Location: the hotel was right by landmarks, the train station & the centre of florence and the Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore.

The whole room was good-sized and had a fridge, a personal safe, and climate control.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in case of questions. The location was magnificent, close to major sights, in the fairly quiet area. Dining bar Nabucco Firenze located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

My 4 nights in Florence were really really nice! I had a standard queen room it was airy. Superfriendly team, they made me feel welcome. The location was brilliant, within walking distance of an open - air market. The hotel was a lovely place for enjoying a calm area.
