Gorgeous clean hotel and staff was amazingly nice and accommodating. The classic queen room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was beautifully designed with great adjustable heating. The gourmet restaurant food was great.

Top-class nicely decorated rooms, they are provided with a drink, a balcony plus the bathroom. All the staff members are absolutely courteous. The service is impeccable, includes free parking. The location is magnificent, not very far from a historical park. It is found in a central area.

The rooms were big and unique with stunning painted ceiling, the staff were PLEASANT. The location turned out to be particularly good, very close to an attractive garden, the beautifully scenic and a beautiful palace. I ate at the gourmet restaurant near the hotel.

All in all our stay was very enjoyable, no reason to complain. Enjoyed this place, it was romantic and unique. The location was efficient on a hill overlooking the town. The most important was the staff - very knowledgeable and absolutely courteous people. The breakfasts were always free with tomatoes, fresh juice plus cheese.

We've stayed here before and truly enjoyed this place. Spent 2 nights here with our boyfriend, had a very nice stay overall. The pool area was great and the location was excellent, near all the main sites, Boboli gardens as well as the ponte vecchio.

The breakfast was tasty and with views across the gardens, the staff was supper friendly. The rooms were stylish and unique, had shower facilities and a hair dryer in the bathroom.

Secluded location of this small hotel was a bonus. Besides, the area was pretty quiet, next to Michelangelo Square. The room was unique, and elegant, with a mini bar fridge, an air conditioning and a personal safe.

The location was stunning, within walking distance of a Renaissance palace. We where given a classic double room on arrival, it was immaculate.

We would like to stay longer, nothing too much trouble. Wonderful location, helpful staff. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Chalet Fontana that was only 5 minutes' walk away...

Convenient access to piazza del duomo that was just 1 mile away. One could dine at restaurants such as la terrazza del principe 5 minutes away. Special note of thanks to bellman.
