Charming and beautiful place to stay for 4 days. Exceptionally comfortable bed in double room with a safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. Clean bathrooms with a bath.

Croissants, toast, baked buns, and eggs served in the morning. Exceptionally nice staff onsite.

No complains at all, the venue met what was needed, can recommend it. Everything was great, personnel was very kind. We were moved to a penthouse apartment with comfortable bed, patio, for instance.

The staff was really kind and very, very nice and we will certainly stay here again. Overall it was a such wonderful stay for excellent value and experience. Our rooms were good looking and new-fashioned with large windows, an amazing view, for instance as expected. The location was marvellous, in a very nice residential neighborhood, convenient to go everywhere.

The hotel was nice and charming, and the staff were amicable, appreciated the peaceful location short walk to the centre, the magical Firenze and Boboli Gardens. I had a deluxe apartment and it was immaculate with an amazing view, garden, as example. An electric kettle, fridges, and an oven were provided.

Would want to stay there again if I go to Florence, really enjoyed my wonderful stay. The property is fantastic and the staff is kind. The breakfast is great with delicious coffee and fresh pastries, as example, had everything you could imagine👍

Thoroughly enjoyed our recently renovated rooms, plus the staff was exceptionally nice. The room we had included a little refrigerator and a kettle. The hotel's location was excellent, near to Boboli Gardens, the magical Firenze and Santo Spirito. Local cuisine was served in the authentic restaurant.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Had the apartment which was newly renovated with good air conditioning. Location: the hotel was near the historical center, a couple of minutes by bus and a quiet, upper class residential area. I ate in the authentic restaurant nearby.

Staff were great, room was spotless and newly remodelled with an amazing view. I had an electric kettle, refrigerators, and an oven.
