Trendy boutique hotel in a perfect area just next door to the famous Ponte Vecchio bridge. Fantastic unit with a view.

Beds were uncomfortable.

The location was fab and magnificent, right by center of town, the hill overlooking Florence, and the river. Overall it was quiet and elegant with a view. The pool was nice and I had complementary drinks in the outdoor bar.

When we visit Florence, like staying here. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast with every taste and American options, as example.

This venue needs renovation.

Neat and absolutely fantastic room with big bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Amazing and beautiful location, 2 km from city centre.

The location in the hills overlooking Florence was fab and gorgeous. Besides, it was so close to the famous Ponte Vecchio bridge across the Arno, and Duomo and other main city staples.

I booked perfect and reasonably large room with the most beautiful view, a different mattress, for instance.

The staff are outstandingly helpful and professional, managed the parking on-site. The breakfast is great, the room is reasonably large and elegant with a wonderful jacuzzi bathtub.

Fairly clean place, very good service, attentive staff. Units with a wonderful jacuzzi bathtub. Fantastic and beautiful location in the downtown area, right by common areas, the river from Florence, and to grate restaurant Taverna degli Assi.

The hotel was wonderful and fairly clean with magnificent views of this town.

Amazing and lovely spot just off Piazzale Michelangelo, the Ponte Vecchio bridge and Italy AND THE WORST. For tea or coffee visit La Via del Gelato Store nearby.

Everything was simply perfect. Had a wonderful stay during our visit, glad I've chosen it.

All in all - had a special 3 night stay. The staff was hospitable, well-mannered with every request. The hotel had a gorgeous location on the hill.

The location is perfect, and the staff is fabulously helpful. Piazzale Michelangelo district is worth seeing.

The location was best possible and peaceful and close to places we visited. There was a wonderful restaurant relatively near the hotel. We had the grand deluxe queen room which was large and spotless with a view.

Particularly good location with parking on-site. A good restaurant for dinner.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel was FABULOUS and clean, had impressive views, incredible location down to the centre. The beds were big, I slept well. It included a safe box, a minibar and central heating, and the design itself was stunning. Location: the property was close enough to the Florence hill, the famous Ponte Vecchio bridge across the Arno, and the center of Florence.

The units are perfect, neat with 100 e extra, the bedroom, for instance👌

High quality food served, delicious and great breakfast. Elegant and outstanding room, exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. Location not far from the Ponte Vecchio, Florence town centre and Michelangelo Square...

Wi-Fi was quite slow.

We had an amazing view. The breakfast they offered was EXCELLENT.

We could see pitti palace from our window. Staff was helpful❤
