In overall the room was clean and authentic and with high ceiling. This hotel was set in a very central area not far from the historical center, all major Firenze landmarks, and the bus station and supermarket. Besides, the property was 5 km away from Colnbrook West.

Everything is excellent here, had a nice stay for a business trip. The breakfast is tasty and enjoyable with fresh cappuccino included, had great food. The location of the hotel is great, so close to the centre of Florence as well as several smaller bars with food. Florence Historic Centre district is worth looking into.

Good location close to the Centre and view of garden. Welcoming and incredible staff with good manners. Huge and modest rooms, big beds.

Everything is really good, I loved it. The rooms are brand-new, with a nice balcony, the garden, separate bathroom provided.

Classic double room was vintage and romantic had hypoallergenic pillows. A walk-in shower in the bathroom was a plus. The services were great.

We had an a nice size room with comfy bed and a mini-bar and a safe. Separate bathroom was fairly clean.

I got deluxe double room for 1 night with a terrace, separate bathroom plus a nice balcony, truly enjoyed it. The place had an elegant atmosphere.

As for me, the area was heavy tourist.

We recommend it. The room was brand-new and air-conditioned and offered a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet, so that guests had essentials. Nice decor and bed was comfy. The service was terrific and the food was fab.

The classic king room I was given was complete with functional furniture, classic music, for example. The service provided there was terrific.

The location was marvellous and charming because it was not far from the tourist area, major sites and central train station. Explored a medieval cathedral, that is located at a moderate distance from the hotel.

Tbh Wi-Fi was bad, and the bed was not comfortable.

In my case they offered wheelchair accessible room with tea, coffee, as for instance and that was great. The location was nice - ease of access to Piazza Massimo D'azeglio.

Thoroughly enjoyed the location in walking distance of main city attractions. And it was also really close to great vegetarian restaurant at the end of the road and Tuscany.
