This place was nicely decorated and the staff was proactive and attentive. The private junior suite was spotless and luxurious, with a mini bar, central heating, and a work desk.

The breakfast was served in the terrace and the food was fabulous. I was given classic room with an individual safe, climate control, and a mini-bar.

We really enjoyed the dining room during the breakfast. We had an excellent bedroom.

The venue has elegant rooms with a great view over the gardens and a kitchenette plus private garden and excellent staff.

Well-maintained place with genuinely helpful staff and incredible views. Large boxed breakfast — good selection. Beautiful and absolutely perfect location by gourgeous gardens, easy to get around. Also - short walk to the city center of Firenze and the outskirts of the hustle and bustle of Florence.

The restaurant was nice for breakfast here, I had casual dishes. The views over the gardens were delightful. The service was marvellous during my stay.

The location was amazing, to reach attractions, in the amazing area. Also, Coverciano was 3 km away.

I loved this hotel and didn't want to leave, recommend to all. The total stay was UNFORGETTABLE with great customer service. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, by taxi in the center of Firenze and the interior design was amazing. Hotel was placed in front of such tourist sites as piazza della signoria. Ristorante il cavaliere, set within 20 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. 25 minutes' drive to the airport...
