Neat and ABSOLUTELY AMAZING place, helpful and fairly friendly staff. Good-sized hotel units with a great view, the bedroom, as for instance. Very beautiful building, fantastic and wonderful location short walk to palace as well as Florence for 3 nights.

Intimate and little venue, stunning location really close to the famous Campanile and Duomo, Close to the train station and Florence. Quiet atmosphere, really tasty breakfast with a breathtaking view.

Beds were tiny.

It's big and ideal with clean bathrooms. The staff are pleasant and the location is marvellous and stunning right in the heart of Florence.

The venue was good little, I truly enjoyed the location so close to Michael Angelo's David is housed, and inner courtyard views. The hotel was situated in the super central location very near tourist areas. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Il Vivandiere.

Sincerely, it was a such great stay for my next visit for sure. The staff was welcoming and incredible from my arrival up until I left. The location was magnificent and particularly good, relatively close to Buckingham Palace.

I came here for 3 nights and had a memorable stay. This hotel was great place for exploring Florence, thoroughly enjoyed it. The property has brilliant location close to all the museums, old town and bars. Plus, it was walking distance to an art museum.

Overall it was a nice size with a view. The location was incredible and excellent, so close to Galleria dell'Accademia where Michael Angelo's David is housed, and the centre and cathedral.
