Everything was great from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and functional room. Lovely and amazing staff, who gave us awesome suggestions. The location was marvellous as for us, just next door to shops, and the bus station. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Bar Maja.

i stayed here 2 nights and really enjoyed it. the rooms were spacious and quiet, were equipped with balcony, the big windows, for instance.

It was a welcome base for our REALLY NICE stay. The staff was amazing and took care of us. We got triple room, which was good-sized. Minute walk from the train station, the location was good and convenient, close to the station. Florence Historic Centre district was worth visiting.

Besides, the location was good for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of a l-shaped square. The hotel was in a pretty nice area, near a lively and main square as well as the city center...
