The rooms turned out to be newly renovated and lovely romantic with a good air conditioner and fresh bed linen plus the bedroom. There were an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware.

The employees were very kind and nice. The venue's position was central.

A bit rude staff!

There were a safe box, a mini-bar, and central heating in the room, truly enjoyed that. A bidet was clean and everything was great.

Location: the hotel was near a good area for bars & restaurants, old town and the cathedral. It also was near the train station.

It was an amazing hotel in a good area, short walk to the center, the main attractions, and all the main sightseeing places. The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from a modern art museum.

Beds and pillows in my suite were exceptionally comfortable. The hotel had a marvellous and beautiful location minutes away from Florence Town. The staff was superbly friendly, offered concierge service and ironing free of charge...

The location was marvellous and amazing, at a moderate distance from Medici Chapel. The staff were all very kind, accommodating.
