The Westin Excelsior, Florence

Accommodation was good-sized and magnificent with very gracious staff with their service. Warm dishes were served at the authentic restaurant.

The hotel itself was a fantastic and absolutely gorgeous option. The stuff were sincere and excellant and were always there to help. The venue was in a central setting in front of the most beautiful church in town-Ognissanti. Dined at Trattoria Sostanza, it was at a short distance from the venue.

A nice size units with spacious bathroom and storage space.

Well priced and top-class hotel in every way with service-minded staff with best wishes from the manager. Magnificent location in a very nice area near to the Ponte Vecchio, the Boboli Gardens, and the Uffizi Gallery as well as the Duomo, the markets, the famous sights.

Very gracious staff, free concierge service and wake up calls available. Authentic restaurant on the premises, fairly quiet room with a balcony, a very large bathroom plus beautiful fabrics. Wonderful breakfast with waffles to order, the most incredible cake plus omelet station for every taste. Marvellous location a 10-15 minute walking distance from a l-shaped square. Good area.

Clean hotel, sincere and excellent employees from the bellman to maids. Marvellous and beautiful setting in the downtown area, adjacent to the ponte vecchio bridge and downtown area. Nearby Caffe San carlo - great place to chill out;)))

Generally everything was great, nevertheless the bathroom was very small. Pastries and meats were decent.

The views were awful.

The hotel was fairly clean, reasonably spacious. Double room with separate showers, a very large bathroom, as example. Stunning, amazing location in Florence, just off major attractions, stores and the downtown area. Also, very close to everything including the train station.

Overall it was well-equipped and well-kept with a balcony.

Extremely friendly, skilled staff who were eager to help. Had airy, stylish room that was well-appointed with updated electronics & handsome furnishings. This accommodation had a central setting to wait in line to get new keys after a long day of sightseeing.

Perfect and magnificent position in the very nice area, really close to the Westin Excelsior Florence, Florence's main tourist sites and the shopping and restaurant areas. Extensive and rich breakfast, top-notch double room. Simple check-in, late check-out.

Everything was great from the courteous service to the decent food. There was plenty of food for breakfast, including pastries and meats. It was luxurious, bright and with a balcony. The staff there were exceptional and pleasant. The hotel's location was great, adjacent to all the shops and Ponte Vecchio, The Uffizi, Florence S.

The staff were eager to help, everyone was AFFABLE and amicable. The restaurant was magnificent for an incredible view of Florence, we ordered warm dishes.

The restaurant here was incredible for dinner, we both ordered savoury dishes. The breakfast had plenty of options, croissants, pastries and meats. Loved our very good stay on holidays.

Updated & contemporary unit with a huge canopy bed. Reasonable breakfasts at the 25Euro SPG rate. First-rate service, great location on the Arno river in a quieter area away from the noise of the stinging vespa motorcycles.

a huge variety of options for breakfast, excellent pastries and meats. location close enough to all major tourist attractions, and florence after spending 4 nights in rome at the st regis. a huge variety of food options within easy walking distance of the venue. an incredible stay for 4 nights in march 2017 for vacation.

View from our room was GREAT. Staying within 20 minutes’ walk from palazzo vecchio was wonderful.

What was really perfect is the details, like location and service. Staff was well-trained and we enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing!
