Overall clean hotel, thoroughly enjoyed to be next to bus connections, supermarkets and public parkings, and supermarkets thanks to absolutely perfect location. The staff was friendly and kind, offered to visit some nice places. Had a such wonderful stay here.

The place was perfectly clean and staff was affable and kind. We stayed in a king room with the pink decoration. The rate was £ 39. The location was unbeatable because it was so close to ab bus station which is connected to the center/ train station, Florence town centre and a quiet area, close to a bus station, that goes downtown.

Exceptionally clean and the staff was amicable and kind. Clean rooms were tasteful with the pink decoration. A hair dryer, a bidet and bath sheets were a plus. The location was particularly good and amazing for exploring Florence.
