The hotel was exceptional and overlooked courtyard. The room was budget and unique, the staff was thoughtful. It had an exceptionally comfortable bed, a mini fridge bar, an air conditioning, and an individual safe.

All the personnel was enthusiastic. The location was marvellous, around 10-15 minutes walk from The Cavern Club.

The hotel was located next to all the attractions in the city, florence-flanked by the designer shops and a cafe with great coffee and snacks. The staff was genuinely helpful and thoughtful, as well as host.

The suite overlooks street and includes coffee & tea making facilities, fridges, and a cooktop.

The bathrooms are a little small.

We appreciated the inside of the double room, it featured a perfect decor.

Fantastic position along with thoughtful staff are the reasons we loved this exceptionally friendly hotel.

I had a fantastic experience here, everything was wonderful, the location was marvellous near to almost all the attractions in Florence, the center and the central station. Got wonderful, beautiful room with character. Location in the centre of the city was a plus. You can find Il Barretto minutes away from the hotel to a have lunch.

The double room was modern and tidy with kitchenette, balcony, as for instance. The hotel was truly exceptional and beautiful and in a very central location. Also, the distance to a cathedral-flanked square was just 1 km.

We stayed in double room with character. There were an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware, loved it.

The location is absolutely wonderful, just off the main attractions by foot, and centre of cotyy, we liked it. Florence Historic Centre district certainly deserves to be visited.

It was in a central setting in the centar of Florence. Besides, we were just next door to a cafe with great coffee and snacks.

Nice unit with coffee/tea makers, fridges, and glassware. Very central location, not very far from a l-shaped square.

Holiday base for travelling to Florence and exploring local places. Lovely staff throughout. Very central location, not too far from an iconic octagonal basilica. Appreciated extremely comfortable area. The Irish bar onsite.
