The hotel is clean, nestled in a new building with a lobby restaurant. It has lovely, good staff.

The units are incredible, cool with an iron, lovely smelling soap, as for instance. The breakfast is served in the café! The staff is cool and fantastic, an absolute asset to this the place.

All the staff we met were very friendly and extremely helpful. The location was absolutely perfect, the room was modern and unique. It was located within walking distance from the train station in Florence.

The service at this brand-new hotel was GOOD. Everyone was knowledgeable and brilliantly friendly. Appreciated our rooms with a lovely balcony. Its location was very central, around 4-6 minutes' walk from Palazzo Corsini. We ate at the lobby restaurant.

My room was new-fashioned & nicely decorated with shampoo, lovely smelling soap and a lovely balcony. Cosmetics and a shampoo were available there. The central location and extremely helpful and competent staff were the highlight of this really enjoyable stay. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Florence.

The place was stylish and pleasant, it worked for me. The most important was the staff - polite and courteous people. Very central location was a plus. Stayed for 3 days and did not want to leave there, I will be back.
