The room I stayed in was lovely romantic and well heated and complete with private bathroom, direct access to the Terrace, for example. The service was great with an easy check-in. All of the staff members were very helpful and excellent.

The staff was very very helpful and the host too. Location: the hotel was right by the city centre and Florence Santa Maria Novella train station. Bakery Pasticceria Excalibur located 1 km away was a nice surprise.
