The location was excellent and nice, in the center of attractions, in the quiet area.

Romantic & fantastic unit with a queen-size bed and a balcony facing train tracks.

The weather was warm sunny, had wonderful stay. The staff was amazingly nice and welcoming, and with great personal attitude. Was a holiday base for trip.

The breakfast had a huge variety of fresh food and drinks. The location was handy and convenient - ease of access to Giardino della Fortezza.

The room I stayed in was lovely romantic and well heated and complete with private bathroom, direct access to the Terrace, for example. The service was great with an easy check-in. All of the staff members were very helpful and excellent.

The staff was very very helpful and the host too. Location: the hotel was right by the city centre and Florence Santa Maria Novella train station. Bakery Pasticceria Excalibur located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The magnificent and nice location walk from the train station was just what I needed. It was well heated, lovely romantic and with a terasse.

Marvellous and fantastic position: walk from a tram station. Walking distance to small markets and a market across the street.

Fairly clean place with welcoming and knowledgeable staff. The breakfasts with a delicious coffee from a machine. Close to the airport, 15 min drive. What a REAL GOOD stay, nothing too much trouble.

The staff were welcoming and an absolute pleasure. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, minutes from Giardino della Fortezza. Besides, it was at a walking distance from downtown, that worked for us.
