We were there for 2 days, everything was perfect, liked its excellent and unbeatable location next to the railway station, Santa Maria and the city centre. Helpful employees helped us a lot.

Fantastic, beautiful units provided with nice decoration, a great shower, as example.

We only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, nonetheless everything was good. Its location a 4-6 minute walking distance from The Grave of a Nazi Dog was good.

The staff was very friendly and around most of the time. They placed us in a double room which was modern and reasonably large. A mini bar fridge, air conditioner, and a kettle were all available.

We greatly enjoyed staying 2 nights here. Hotel overlooked street and the room was big size. It was a magnificent and fantastic location close to the train station. We had an upstairs bedroom.

I appreciated the place, everything was great. Comfy units with juice, coffee, a great shower, and the stuff where nice. The location of the hotel was fantastic and marvellous, fantastic in everything.

My daughter and I liked being there. The staff were flexible and amicable and the location was incredible really close to the city centre. And it was also very close to train station and historical centre, Santa Maria and all the main attractions.

Had 3 days in Florence, spending my time here lovely. Double room was brand-new with very comfy bed. The location was perfect - just off trains, the railway station and the centre. The staff was flexible and excellent - I would go back in flash.

Location just off the train station and many sitea, a palace and all main attractions. Also, fantastic in everything. Breakfast with good tasty cappuccino.

I spent 2 nights and will be back. Everything was perfect, personnel was really helpful. The hotel was located in an excellent and unbeatable place, walk from a train station. Florence Historic Centre district was worth staying in.

The location of this hotel was magnificent. Peretola airport was hardly 15 minutes away by car. The staff were accommodating and our room was romantic with coffee and juice plus a great shower: )

I lovely spend 6 nights in Florence. It was easy to find a train station, based walking distance to the hotel.

The bed of mine was very firm.

The room was romantic with a great shower with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Having a shower, a hair dryer and a bidet was a bonus. The setting was unbeatable, adjacent to Florence and train station.

The hotel of choice in Florence. Quiet property with a nice design concept and a good value. Easy to find, close to the train station. The rooms with juice and nice decoration plus a great shower.
