We lived in the queen room with AC, air conditioning, as example. A microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators were a huge plus.

The location was particularly good, specially it was not far from a bus station which was useful. This hotel was in a good area;))

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

The rooms offered are beautifully designed and tidy with AC, a ceiling fan, as example. The location is comfortable, it is close to the train station.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Its location is amazing & magnificent, close to the center of Florence, very close to the train and bus stations and both train station. A special thanks to absolutely kind staff.

The staff are incredibly nice and the location is stunning very close to train station. Besides, we truly enjoyed the lake, located within 15 mins walk of the hotel.

The king room is new-fashioned with modern furnishings, AC and air conditioning. The location is excellent, a bus stop is close to the venue.

The location was good, close to Porta al Prato. It was bright, new-fashioned and with character. A refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven were standard, but I thoroughly enjoyed that.

Greatly enjoyed my extra special stay for 3 nights in May. Its location was comfortable, in a residential neighborhood, and in a residential area.

outstandingly accommodating staff and amazing location in the centre, everything was very good. the room was stylish and neat with air conditioning, just what we needed. we really enjoyed a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a microwave oven.

The hotel had a central position just next door to Florence's as well as the historical center.

We thoroughly enjoyed this staying. The stay here was wonderful for 3 nights in May. The staff were all amazingly nice and accommodating. The hotel's location was central, away from old town. Further, it was very close to SMN train station in a residential neighborhood and the center for 3 minutes.

Overall had fine stay for 3 nights in May. The room was stylish, good-sized with character. Its location was stunning, close enough to SMN train station in a residential neighborhood, the center for 3 minutes and opportunist saturated Florence.

Free Wi Fi was working perfectly. By the way, parking fee - eur 25 per day. Appreciated it.

Food and staff are fantastic, overall the hotel is great. My room was with a bath, a plus for me. Next to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. I were very impressed and would love to return...
