The stay here was really nice, enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with magnificent location close enough to the bus transportation, the historical places and several good restaurants. The personnel were helpful and accommodating and made me feel welcome. The breakfast had a wide array of good food and drinks...

Overall it was big and huge with tv. All the employees were ACCOMMODATING and friendly. The location was marvellous and fantastic - ease of access to Church of Santa Maria Novella.

Fairly clean hotel with excellent and affable staff and an excellent value. Silent and huge rooms with tv. Quiet location not far from the 'Red Bus' bus stop, public transport & the centre of Florence, train station and restaurants and supermarket, and all major attractions, could not be better. Also, in the center. Overall very nice stay for one night.

truly enjoyed the place, it was ideal and worked for me. i took a twin room with private bathroom, tv, as example. a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge were available too. the location for florence was magnificent and lovely, very close to the museum and the 'red bus' bus stop, public transport & the centre of florence. everything was simply perfect.

The location was marvellous and unbeatable, walk from a train station. Florence Historic Centre district was definitely worth visiting.
